At npower Limited we and our group companies are committed to making our websites and applications feel welcoming and the experience rewarding no matter your ability.

What are we doing?
To help us make the npower.com website a positive place for everyone we are using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These internationally recognised guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA), level A is basic things a website should get right, and a website at level AA should not have many barriers to access.

How are we doing?
We are working hard on the npower.com website, but we are aware that there are currently some accessibility issues. We are aiming to meet Level A this year, and progressing to Level AA in future. In the meantime if you have any issues accessing information or services from npower please do get in touch and we will endeavour to either resolve them, or help you access them in an alternative way.
