I think my bill or statement is wrong, what can I do?
First, check to see whether we've estimated your usage - this is shown in the title and will have the word 'estimated' in the header like this:
The meter readings shown on your bill will also have the words 'estimated reading' next to the date.
If your bill has been estimated, please supply us with your own meter readings so your account can be updated with your actual usage. The easiest way to do this is by visiting our meter reading page to submit a reading.
