It's business as usual

The good news is that for now there's no change to your npower account, your payments or your energy supply. If there are going to be any changes made by E.ON Next when your account is moved, we’ll get in touch before the move to let you know what they would be.

It’ll take a while before all our customers can be supplied by E.ON Next, and we’re working hard to make the changeover as smooth as possible for you.

If you're an npower Business customer, please see our information about npower and E.ON Next for Business customers.
