Where can I find this?

Your Supply Number (also known as MPAN – Meter Point Administration Number) is a unique reference which provides us with important information such as the type of meter in your property. We use these details to provide you with an accurate and personalised quote.

The supply number can be found on a previous bill and usually starts with a letter "S" followed by numbers, usually in the grid as below, however please be aware that not all supply numbers are in a grid.
