Moving your boiler care
'If you're moving home please let us know by calling us.
Your boiler and central heating care is managed by one of our dedicated teams. When you move, you'll need to contact the team directly – they won't automatically be informed of your move even if you have spoken to us about your gas and electricity.
When you call, please make sure you have:
- Your membership number and your existing address
- The date you're moving into your new home
- Your new address
- Your contact number and, if there is one, the best time for us to call
- The make and model of your new boiler if you know it
