Your payment key or card
Think of your payment key or card like a debit card – you have to put money onto it first, which you can then transfer to your meter. You can put money (credit) onto your card or key at any charging outlet.
Lost or damaged your key or card?
Don't worry. Just give us a call and we’ll get a new one sent out to you as soon as we can.
It’s usually quicker to pick up your new card or key from a local outlet. We’ll give you a reference number to write down and take with you, so make sure you have a pen and paper handy when you call.
If it’s difficult for you to collect it yourself, we’ll be glad to post it to you. But it may take up to 3 working days to get there.
