The Fund may be able to help you with your outstanding energy debt if you are domestic customer of npower and are in need, hardship or other distress.

Following a successful application for an award from the Fund, you will be required to pay for all of your energy consumption for a period of three months before the award is applied to your account and your debt is cleared. If any payments are not made, then the award may be withdrawn.
