Getting financial help

If you’re worried about paying your bills, or you’re in debt, we’re here to help. Our dedicated team can find a way to manage your payments and spot how to reduce your energy costs.

We may need to talk through your income and expenditure to fully understand your financial situation, then we can work out a personal payment plan based on what you can afford to help get you back on track.

All you have to do is get in touch with the Financial Help team to get started.
