The Ofgem price cap

On 5 February the energy regulator, Ofgem, announced an increase in the price cap for customers on standard variable rates from 1 April 2021.

This means our gas and electricity prices have now changed for customers on our standard variable tariffs. You don’t need to do anything - if you’re affected you’ll have received a letter around the end of February, telling you all you need to know.
