If you’re a Test and Trace advisor, here’s how to get in touch with npower about a coronavirus case:

These contact details are for official NHS Test & Trace use only, for enquiries relating to npower employees. The team does not have access to any customer billing systems and so aren't able to handle account queries from customers. If you're a customer and would like to discuss your account, contact our customer services team who will be able to help you.

 

Phone calls: We may monitor and/or record calls for security, quality or training purposes. Calls to our 0845 numbers will cost a maximum of 5p per minute, plus your phone company’s access charge. Please check with your operator for exact charges.Calls to UK-wide numbers are included in any inclusive call plan you may have. If you don’t have an inclusive call plan, calls are charged at a national rate depending on whether you call from a mobile or landline. Please check with your service provider if you’re unsure.
