FAQ

What's the Priority Services Register all about and how do I sign up?

It is free to join and we provide Priority Services to support your communication, safety and access needs.

What does this mean?

You may be eligible to register for Priority Services if you or someone in your household is of pensionable age, disabled, has a long term illness or if there are children in the property. We also recognise that people might need extra support because of life changing events such as a bereavement, a relationship breakdown, losing a job or if they have been affected by a short-term illness. Please let us know if you think you could benefit from the free services we provide under our Priority Services Register. If you're still not sure if you're eligible, why not visit our website at www.npower.com/priorityservices or contact us.
