Can I pay my bills online?

Yes, you can pay your bill online in your online account. If you already have an online account, simply log in to make a payment.

Alternatively, if you don't have an online account you can make a payment using your account number.

Or you can pay your bill via your bank’s online payment facility. Details of which account number and/or npower company you need to make payments to are shown on the back of your bill. And remember, another way to make paying your bills really easy is to pay by monthly Direct Debit - just use our online form to set up a direct debit.
