Can I pay my bills online?

Yes, you can pay your bill online in your online account. It only takes a few moments to activate. If you already have an online account, you'll see a clear view of your balance, energy usage and any payments or refunds when you log in and view your simple bill summary.

Alternatively you can make a payment using your account number.

Or you can pay your bill via your bank’s online payment facility. Details of which account number and/or npower company you need to make payments to are shown on the back of your bill. And remember, another way to make paying your bills really easy is to pay by monthly Direct Debit - just use our online form to set up a direct debit.
