What happens if I can't pay my monthly Direct Debit?

Please contact us as soon as you can. We want to help you manage your energy costs, and not fall behind with the payments. If you're finding it hard to keep up with your monthly Direct Debit payments at the moment - please let us know.

We'll do what we can to help; there may be ways to bring down your energy costs, which we can tell you about. You'll find our phone numbers here, and it won't take long to look at your account.
