I’m moving home, can I keep npower as my energy supplier?

 

If you're moving and want to take us with you, we'd be happy to supply your new home. And sorting out your energy is now much easier - you can do it all online.

Tell us you're moving online

Just tell us:

  • Your new address
  • The date you stop/start being legally responsible for the properties
  • The closing and opening meter readings (unless either home has a Smart meter)
  • The type of meters at the new house

And once we've finalised the account at your old home, we can help find the right tariff for you.

Are you a student? Tell us about your move using just your account number and email address - you don't even have to log in.
