How is npower helping customers who are struggling to pay their energy bills?

npower helps households with various funding initiatives such as our Spreading Warmth Programme which includes the Warm Home Discount, debt relief, and bespoke services for customers who need our help most. The npower Energy Fund gives help to npower customers who are struggling to pay for energy debt.

We can help you in many ways. You can choose to join our Priority Services if you're eligible. It's free. We offer Priority Services, the new name for our Warm Response Service, which provides support for your communication, safety and access needs. We want to provide the right support where it's needed for you and your household when it comes to your energy supply. So, if your personal circumstances change, please let us know. Need additional support from your water company?

Water companies offer extra help in a similar way to gas and electricity companies. You can find out more from Ofwat or by contacting your water company.
