Why is my gas tariff and price not showing on my Smart Energy Display?

We've recently updated some of our customer's Smart meters. This might've caused your Smart Energy Display to stop showing gas tariffs and prices.

If you notice information is missing from your Smart Energy Display, please turn it off for a few seconds and then turn it back on again.

If this doesn't fix the problem, please get in touch so we can look into it for you.
