How do I manage my account online?

npower is now part of the E.ON group. Our customers are gradually being moved over to become customers of E.ON Next, and we aren’t currently registering any new online accounts on npower.com.

We’ll keep you informed about your move to E.ON Next, and once it’s complete you’ll be able to set up an online account on E.ON Next’s easy-to-use website. If you have an online tariff for which an online account is mandatory, you must set up an online account once you’ve moved to E.ON Next as part of your tariff’s terms and conditions.

We’re sorry for this temporary inconvenience. There are still many things you can do without an online account - just use your customer account number to access these options:

If you already have an online account, you can log in online to do things like set up Direct Debit payments, send meter readings and view and pay your bills.
