How do I submit a meter reading online?

There are several different ways you can send us your meter readings.


I've got an online account
Just log in to send your meter reading through your online account.

I don't have an online account yet
Simply activate your account and remember to have your account number to hand. You can find this on a recent letter or bill.

I'd rather register another time
No problem - you can still send a meter reading online. You'll need to have your account number to hand, which you'll find on a recent letter or bill.

By mobile app

Our app runs on both Android and iOS, and it's easy to use. Simply download, register, send your reading and you're done.

By phone

You can provide a meter reading at any time using our automated meter reading telephone service, please call us on 0800 073 3000 (free from most landlines) or 0330 100 3000 (included in any 'inclusive minutes' from mobiles).

Please have your account number to hand before calling. You'll find this on a most recent bill or letter.

Phone calls: Calling us on a 0800 number is normally free when you call from a landline but charges may vary if you use a mobile. Calling us on a 0330 number will cost you no more than 01 or 02 numbers from landlines or mobiles. If you get 'inclusive minutes' with your package, calls on a 0330 number will be part of these.
