Have you been affected by flooding?

These are unprecedented times and we recognise our customers will need help. When people have widespread standing water, they shouldn't incur standing charges if they have lost their gas or electricity supply.

Safety is paramount where water and electricity and gas are concerned, and if your property is flooded it’s vital that a qualified technician checks your home before any power and or gas is used.

All we ask is that you contact us when you have been reconnected, and we will confirm eligibility for a refund through a postcode check via distribution companies.

If you have lost your gas and electricity supplier due to the recent flooding, please call us on 0800 073 3000 (from a landline) or 0300 100 3000 (from a mobile).

Calling us on a 0800 number is normally free when you call from a landline but charges may vary if you use a mobile. Calling us on a 0330 number will cost you no more than 01 or 02 numbers from landlines or mobiles. If you get 'inclusive minutes' with your package, calls on a 0330 number will be part of these.
