It's business as usual

The important thing is that there is no immediate impact to your supply or your account. You don't need to do anything.

We will continue to supply your energy and bill you as normal. We still have the same details for you to contact us, either online or on the phone. Your meter readings will also continue as normal - whether you send them to us or you have a Smart meter.

As npower is now part of E.ON, over the course of 2020 we will start to move our customer accounts over to E.ON and you will become an E.ON customer. We will be in touch before we start making any changes.

So for now, your supply and account are unchanged - it's business as usual.
