The good news is that for now there's no change to your npower account, your payments or your energy supply. If there are going to be any changes made by E.ON Next when your account is moved, we’ll get in touch before the move to let you know what they would be.
It’ll take a while before all our customers can be supplied by E.ON Next, and we’re working hard to make the changeover as smooth as possible for you.

Changes to our conditions of supplyAs part of getting ready to move your account to E.ON Next, we’ve updated our conditions of supply – now called Standard terms and conditions for small business customers (April 2020). The changes took effect from 1 April 2020.
How E.ON Next will deal with your preferences
If you already have an online account with us, E.ON Next will set up a new online account for you and you’ll continue to receive all communication (including bills) online.
We’ll be sending you a letter or email about any changes to your terms and conditions that may occur as a result of transferring to E.ON Next. This may include information about how we will use your email address to send you service messages, so please read it.
Change your preferences
If you want to check or change your communication preferences (such as how you want to receive your service messages, whether or not you want to continue to receive marketing and/or change your smart data choices), you can log in to your online account or contact us to make any changes.
