Npower Northern Limited is a licensed electricity and gas supplier. The Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem) is responsible for regulating the electricity and gas markets in Great Britain.

Making a complaint
If you are not satisfied with our service you can contact us using our complaints form.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint between us you may be able to refer your complaint to Ombudsman Services: Energy, of which we are a member. Ombudsman Services: Energy is an independent and impartial means of resolving certain disputes between suppliers and domestic or small business customers.
