How can I give you my business electricity and gas meter readings?

You can send meter readings - including your opening reading - using your online account. Just go to the Send a Meter Reading page, select the correct account number from the dropdown menu and send the readings against the correct meter. Enter the digits exactly as they appear on the meter, including any leading zeros, then hit 'Send' to confirm. We'll confirm your meter reading within 5 working days, or contact you if we need any more information.

You can also call our dedicated SME Service Centre with your meter number(s) and readings.
