This is who you need to contact if you lose your electricity supply.
If you need to contact us about a particular invoice, please quote the associated invoice number.
Customer account number
Please quote your account number whenever you contact us.
This shows the site where the electricity is consumed.
Your supply number
Also known as your Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN).

These are the specific charges that apply for your account.

GSP – Grid Supply Point
As agreed in your contract your consumption is either being billed at GSP or Energy@Meter (E@M)
Core MPAN number
The core MPAN is the 13 digits on the bottom line and is the number we are referring to when we ask for your MPAN.
The numbers on the top line are made up of the Profile Class, the Meter Timeswitch Code(MTC) and line loss factor (LLF).
Profile Class and MTC relate to your meter and LLF is set by the Distributor.
VAT registration number
Our VAT number.
VAT percentage rate
The appropriate rate of VAT applied to your electricity charges.
