Every year, npower takes part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning to raise funds for our charity partner of 14 years, Macmillan Cancer Support.

This year, we also founded an LGBT+ network, which looks to foster acceptance and empower npower’s LGBT employees.

There’s just no better way to celebrate diversity, both within npower’s workforce and beyond, than to host a rainbow-themed Coffee Morning.

Easy rainbow cake recipes-donations

npower staff baked a range of rainbow bakes – from cupcakes to impressive multi-coloured layered creations – which were cut up and sold with an all-important cup of coffee to raise over £18,000 for the cancer charity.

We like to think we know a thing or two about baking so we’ve put together a list of 11 easy rainbow and unicorn cake ideas so you and the family can join us in celebrating diversity too.
