Terms & conditions
- This promotion is anticipated to be available for the majority, if not all, of the home matches of the Worcester Warriors held at the Worcester Rugby Club for the 2010 to 2011 rugby club season. However, the Promoter reserves the right (for whatever reason) not to run the promotion on any given home match day and the Promoter’s decision will be final.
- To be entered into the free prize draw that will, subject to availability, take place on each home match day you must send an e-mail to the Promoter at bestseatsinthehouse@warriors.co.uk by midnight on the day before the day of your chosen home match (being the closing date for that match) providing your name, your mobile phone number as well as confirmation of your ticket number. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in any promotional material as if they were set out in these terms and conditions.
- It is a condition of the prize draw that all entrants and accompanying guests must have their own valid tickets for their chosen home match.
- It is a condition of the prize draw that all entrants must either own or have access to a mobile phone on the match day as that will be the means used to notify the prize winner.
- The prize draw will take place on the relevant home match day and the winner will be the first entry drawn from those submitted for that match by e-mail prior to the closing date. The winner will be notified via the mobile telephone number provided in the entry e-mail approximately 15 minutes before kick off. In the event that the Promoter (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact the winner within a reasonable time period of the draw the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.
- The Prize consists of the winner and up to three guests chosen by the winner being invited to watch the match on the day of the draw in a fully furnished reserved area of the Worcester Warriors Stadium. Worcester Rugby Club will provide a beer fridge in the reserved area which will be stocked with free beer. Once this beer has been consumed no further free beer will be available and there will be no free re-fill. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that only persons aged 18 or above consume the free beer and the Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility in respect of the same. In addition, the winner and their guests will, subject to availability, meet a non playing member of the Club’s squad during the match interval.
- Only one entry to the prize draw permitted per eligible match ticket holder. No purchase is necessary for entry to the draw.
- The free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its associated companies in the npower group and their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
- Responsible behaviour is expected. All ground rules apply. In the event that the winner or their guests do not behave in the appropriate manner then the Prize may be withdrawn at any stage of the match and the winner and their guests may be ejected from the ground.
- The Prize is not transferable. There is no cash alternative to the Prize. No alternative is offered in the event of cancellation, suspension or delay in the rugby match taking place, or the day of the rugby match being delayed, suspended, cancelled, or shortened. No alternative is offered in the event that the winners and/or their guests are unable to use the Prize.
- No responsibility can be accepted for and the Promoter has the right to disqualify lost, late or incomplete entries and any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Prize is subject to availability and in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer a similar prize of equal or greater value.
- It is a condition of entry that the winner co-operates fully for publicity purposes if so required.
