All you need to do is email us at bestseatsinthehouse@warriors.co.uk, stating the date of your chosen match in the subject field, with your ticket reference number, name and mobile phone number before your chosen home match day and we will call you before kick off to let you know if you have won!
The prize can only be taken by ticket holders for the chosen match so if you do enter make sure you and your mates have bought yours in advance!
