Terms and conditions £40 Matalan gift vouchers:
£20 Matalan vouchers per fuel up to a maximum of £40 per household, subject to availability. Offer only available to Matalan Reward Card customers who enter into a residential contract with npower for electricity and/or gas between 23/04/09 and 30/06/10 inclusive and pay by Direct Debit. Only available on npower’s standard tariff. Non-standard tariffs (including (where available) any internet, fixed, npower ONE, Tracker and Juice tariffs) and pre-payment customers are excluded from this offer. You must be aged 18 or over. Delivery will be within 28 days of commencing supply with npower. Vouchers are subject to Matalan Retail Limited terms and conditions.

£100 annual Direct Debit discount:
After you’ve been with npower and paid by monthly Direct Debit or Quarterly variable DD without a break for 12 months you’ll be entitled to a discount off your energy bill. Stay with us and continue to pay in this way and you’ll get a £100 annual discount if you buy both electricity and gas, £50 if you buy just gas or £40 if you buy just electricity. Stay with us and pay by quarterly cash cheque on receipt of bill for 12 months and you’ll get a £10 annual discount if you buy both electricity and gas. Dual fuel customers must pay for both supplies in one combined monthly payment and accept a combined dual fuel statement. Customers paying by Quarterly Variable DD must settle each bill in full by DD payment. Your discount will be credited to your account after 12 months and after each year you continue to pay this way. Monthly payments will be based on your current credit or debit balance and estimated future consumption at prices current at that time. Subject to change.
