Juice Supply
Your electricity supply shall remain the same, npower will estimate your juice energy consumption throughout the year until year end when we check your annual consumption data and ensure the correct amount of renewable energy has been purchased to cover your annual consumption. This ensures an equivalent emount of electricity is generated from clean, renewable sources which is better for the environment.
Discounts
After you’ve been with npower and paid by monthly Direct Debit or Quarterly variable DD without a break for 12 months you’ll be entitled to a discount off your energy bill. Stay with us and continue to pay in this way and you’ll get a £100 annual discount if you buy both electricity and gas, £50 if you buy just gas or £40 if you buy just electricity. Stay with us and pay by quarterly cash cheque on receipt of bill for 12 months and you’ll get a £10 annual discount if you buy both electricity and gas. Dual fuel customers must pay for both supplies in one combined monthly payment and accept a combined dual fuel statement. Customers paying by Quarterly Variable DD must settle each bill in full by DD payment. Your discount will be credited to your account after 12 months and after each year you continue to pay this way. Monthly payments will be based on your current credit or debit balance and estimated future consumption at prices current at that time. Subject to change.
