Terms and conditions

npower hometeam care products only available in mainland UK.

**The 50% CASH-BACK: Your 50% cash-back will be paid if we have not been called out or undertaken a repair for you under the care product during the 12 month agreement period. To receive this you must be an npower gas and electricity customer and receiving supply from us for each fuel at the end of the 12 month agreement period and your hometeam care product and gas and electricity accounts with us must be up to date, with no overdue payments. Cash-back offer is available for the first 3 consecutive years. Any cash-back due to you will be paid within 42 days of the end of the 12 month agreement period. Other terms and exclusions apply. *All repairs guaranteed for 12 months: We will guarantee all parts and labour on a repair to the customers’ appliance for 12 months from the date of the repair.

~ Replacement boiler: Replaced by a boiler that we have selected, at our discretion, to be an appropriate replacement. If your boiler is over 7 years old and cannot be repaired, you could receive a £450 discount towards the cost of a new boiler from npower hometeam. You shall be responsible for the cost of the installation and any associated costs. We will not pay the costs of another installer replacing the Boiler, provide a cash alternative or provide a discount against the cost of a replacement boiler by another installer. This discount is not available in conjunction with any other offers and cannot be transferred. If your boiler is over 7 years old and cannot be repaired, you could receive a £450 discount towards the cost of a new boiler from npower hometeam. You shall be responsible for the cost of the installation and any associated costs. We will not pay the costs of another installer replacing the Boiler, provide a cash alternative or provide a discount against the cost of a replacement boiler by another installer. This discount is not available in conjunction with any other offers and cannot be transferred.
