npower hometeam care products only available in mainland UK.

# Provided that the boiler is not beyond economic repair. No repairs can be carried out in the first 14 days.

* We will guarantee all parts and labour on a repair to your appliance for 12 months from the date of repair.

** The 50% cash-back will be based on your annual membership cost and will be due to you at the end of the 12 month period. To receive this cash-back you must be an npower Electricity and Gas customer and your hometeam care product, electricity and gas supply account with us must not be in arrears be up to date at the end of the 12 month agreement period. This cash-back will only be provided if we have not been called out or undertaken a repair for you under the product during the 12 month agreement period. Cash-back offer available for the first 3 consecutive years. Other terms and exclusions apply please see individual product pages for details.

~ Replaced by a boiler that we have selected, at our discretion, to be an appropriate replacement. If your boiler is over 7 years old and cannot be repaired, you could receive a £450 discount towards the cost of a new boiler from npower hometeam. You shall be responsible for the cost of the installation and any associated costs. We will not pay the costs of another installer replacing the Boiler, provide a cash alternative or provide a discount against the cost of a replacement boiler by another installer. This discount is not available in conjunction with any other offers and cannot be transferred.
