Standard service and repair terms and conditions
*£70.47 covers the cost of call out and the first half an hours labour, additional charges may apply for any parts required to complete the repair. Any additional time will be charged at a rate of £45.96 per half-hour. The engineer will provide you with a quote for any additional work and parts required to complete the repair. Payment will be required by debit or credit card in advance of any additional work being completed. Customers are not able to switch between a Pay as you go (Time and Materials) repair and a Fixed Price Repair once an engineer has visited the property.
