Terms and Conditions

Usual Fixed Price Repair price is £195 or £175 for npower energy customers. The Fixed Price Repair covers repairs up to the value of £600 (including callout, parts, labour and VAT). If the value of the repair is greater than £600, the engineer will provide an additional quotation for the work during the appointment. The customer then pays the Fixed Price Fee for the first £600 of work (including callout, parts, labour and VAT) plus the additional quote. Excludes repairing or replacing heat exchangers, hot water cylinders, radiators or blockages, scale and sludge in your system. Postcode restrictions apply. Some postcodes, weekday evenings and Saturday appointments may incur an extra charge. This offer is strictly subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.

If further work is required the engineer will provide a quote for the additional time and materials required to repair your boiler. Labour costs are £45 per half hour plus the cost of any parts.

Have a boiler repair/service, by hometeam and you can request a free npower Home Energy Monitor. Once the repair has been carried out, you will receive your npower Home Energy Monitor within 28 days. Offer ends 28/02/10. Offer may be withdrawn at any time and is subject to availability. Offer subject to meeting necessary criteria. You must have a domestic electricity supply / be connected to the grid. Each household can receive no more than one npower home energy monitor. The meter should be within 40 meters of where the display will be kept. You should have access / safe access to the meter. You should have safe access to the wires within the meter.
