*Membership: This offer is made in association with BABTAC and is only available to new business customers joining npower located in England, Wales or Scotland. This offer is subject to supply of electricity or gas (as applicable) to your business going live with npower on or before 31st December 2009 and an application for BABTAC membership being made or renewed. npower will notify you in writing once supply of gas or electricity (as applicable) to your business goes live at which time npower will provide your contact details to BABTAC to arrange for your membership which will be subject to BABTAC's membership criteria. Payment of the membership fee will need to be paid directly to BABTAC. Once BABTAC membership has been activated (or declined) BABTAC will notify npower at which time npower will write to you to let you know and credit your electricity or gas account (as applicable) with £97.50. The credit will appear on your account in the month following notification from BABTAC for new members or those who have been declined membership. For customers renewing BABTAC membership the amount will be credited on the month following the renewal date of the membership as advised by BABTAC provided that the contract with npower goes live before 31st December 2009. This credit will cover the full cost of individual membership to BABTAC or 50% of the cost of BABTAC salon or business membership. This offer may be withdrawn or varied by npower at any time without notice time at its sole discretion. The offer is non- transferable and there is no cash alternative.
