Power Days in schools
Our Power Days in schools challenge children to learn about Natural Power, Team Power, Mind Power and Body Power. Power Days are proving to be an inspiring experience for pupils and their teachers.
In September 2004, 60 pupils aged between 10 and 11 took part in a Power Day at Blackheath Primary School in the West Midlands, part of the Sandwell & Rowley Education Action Zone.
"The children enjoyed the day and they were all engaged throughout, regardless of their ability level. The activities aided the children's understanding of the energy concepts studied in Key Stage 2."

When npower came it was brilliant, we did many activities and found out how there is a house that gets its electricity from the solar panels on the roof. The tower activity was the best part and ours was over 2m high, it helped us learn about team power! That day was outstanding and I know I will not forget it.
