Stay with us and pay by quarterly cash cheque on receipt of bill for 12 months and you’ll get a £10 annual discount if you buy both electricity and gas. Dual fuel customers must pay for both supplies in one combined monthly payment and accept a combined dual fuel statement. Customers paying by Quarterly Variable DD must settle each bill in full by DD payment. Your discount will be credited to your account after 12 months and after each year you continue to pay this way. Monthly payments will be based on your current credit or debit balance and estimated future consumption at prices current at that time. Subject to change.

The winner of the hot air balloon experience will be the first name drawn at random by an independent person within 14 days of 21st February 2010. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of 21st February 2010. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 6 weeks of 21st February 2010.

Prize relates to 4 Virgin Balloon Flights 7 Day Anytime tickets which are valid for 12 months from registration. The free prize draw is open to customers aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its associated companies in the npower group and their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

The prize is only available in Mainland Great Britain. Republic or Northern Ireland excluded. Passengers must be over 7 years of age and at least 4ft 6in tall. Children aged under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Virgin Balloon Flights is unable to fly passengers who are pregnant or who have recently undergone major surgery.

There is only one entry permitted per household. No purchase is necessary for entry to the draw. The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the Promoter. There is no prize or cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the event that the Promoter (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact you within a reasonable period of the draw then the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.
