npower Canary Energy

  1. npower Canary Energy offer is only applicable to customers entering into a contract with npower by calling 0800 197 3938 and quoting L013P or signing online at www.npower.com/norwichcityfc and subject to the contract going live.
  2. There is no entitlement to the npower Canary Energy offer where:
    • The customer has already claimed under the promotion; or
    • Supply resulting from entering into a contract under this promotion does not commence; or
    • The customer is supplied via a prepayment meter
  3. Only one application per household is permitted.
  4. Energy supply contracts are not available to any person under 18 years of age.
  5. The pack consists of the voucher entitling the customer to a £10 voucher (£5 for a single fuel contract) for the Club Shop or Delia Smith's restaurant and tickets for the tour of the ground for four people (two people for a single fuel contract), which will be posted to the customer within 10 days after commencement of the supply of electricity and/or gas.
  6. The Norwich City Football Club PLC tour and vouchers are subject to availability and scheduling and subject to any terms and conditions imposed by Norwich City Football Club PLC and Npower Limited. Norwich City Football Club PLC reserves the right to amend these at any time without notice.
  7. The voucher and tour is not transferable and no cash alternative is available. Only original vouchers will be accepted.
  8. All energy supply contracts are subject to the relevant terms and conditions of Npower Limited and associated companies.
  9. No applications on behalf of third parties will be accepted.
  10. Npower Limited and Norwich City Football Club PLC shall be entitled to amend, vary, replace or withdraw the promotion or any aspect of it at any time, although this shall not affect the rights of customers who have already entered into an electricity and/or gas supply contract with Npower Limited and any associated company pursuant to the promotion and who start to receive the supply of electricity and/or gas to such contract.
