Loss of electricity supply

If you have no electricity, your supply is disrupted in any way, or in case of emergency, please contact your Licensed Distribution System Operator (LDSO) right away.

You can find your LDSO by matching the first 2 digits of the Meter Point Administration Number on your electricity bill or supply agreement with those on the electricity contact details table.

View the table and make a note of your LDSO now. Don’t forget to circulate it if you operate from multiple sites.
