If you currently take gas interruptible supply from us, the information below is designed to help you.
If we need to interrupt your gas supply, you will be notified by our Gas Operations Team.
Out of normal working hours (7pm – 8am) when most interruptions take place, the Gas Operations team of our affiliate company RWE Trading act on our behalf to support the interruption notification process.
Please ensure that your 3 Authorised Customer Contacts and the fax details that you have provided are kept up to date at all times. One of these contacts must be available and have direct access to a fax machine 24 hours a day.
