How much energy

I am worried about how much energy I am using. Where can I get help?

If you're an npower customer, you can visit our energy savings pages or call our Energy Efficiency Helpline on 0800 02 22 20 for impartial advice on how to use energy more efficiently. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, and Saturday 9am-12pm.

If you're a customer having trouble paying your bills due to your health, age or financial difficulty, our Spreading Warmth Programme may be able to help make your energy bills more manageable. For more information visit our Spreading Warmth pages or call the Warm Response Line on 0808 172 6999. Lines are open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday.

All non-npower customers can contact the Energy Savings Trust, a not for profit organisation which gives advice on how to save energy.
