I want to make changes to my account/tariff, what do I need to do?

Simply contact the Customer Services number on the front of your bill.

Alternatively if you are moving home or changing your billing address please complete the relevant form. If you are moving home, please visit our let us know page. If you are changing your billing address, please visit our change your details page.
