Make sure that you're taking your best option with npower. You’ll receive a £100 annual discount* when you take both electricity and gas from us and pay by monthly Direct Debit throughout the year. If you pay for just gas or electricity by monthly Direct Debit throughout the year you’ll receive a £20 annual discount.
We also offer a free energy efficiency telephone helpline. We can give you expert advice on energy saving measures in the home. They'll make your home more comfortable and in most cases will save you money! For more information visit our Energy Efficiency section.
* After you've been with npower and paid by monthly Direct Debit without a break for 12 months, you’ll receive a discount off your energy bill. Stay with us and continue to pay in this way and you'll get an £100 annual discount if you buy both gas and electricity, or £20 if you buy just one fuel.
