Any customer with sight or hearing difficulties, or who is disabled, chronically sick or of pensionable age is eligible to become a Warm Response Service customer.

If everyone in the house qualifies as a Warm Response Service customer there are some additional services we can offer including special adaptors to help you use gas and electrical appliances and free gas safety checks.
