The Code of Practice will benefit our customers by explaining:

  • What you can expect from npower regarding bills and statements
  • What you can do to make sure that you receive the right bill at the right time.

We have provided a copy of the Code of Practice and frequently asked questions regarding the code for you to view. The documents are PDF files. They should each take less than 2 minutes to display using a standard 56k modem.
