I am moving home, who do I need to notify?

If you are moving please let us know or call Customer Service at least 2 working days before you move, otherwise you may be billed for services used by the next occupier ('working day' does not include weekends or Bank Holidays).

Don't forget, when you move you can take npower with you. When you call us we can arrange to supply your energy at your new home.
