Our Spreading Warmth Team offers all sorts of help and useful advice to keep your home cosy and warm. We can give you energy saving advice, help you to understand your energy bill, send your bill to you in larger print or even include you in our customer password scheme if you want someone to visit you at home.

Our Warm Response Line makes it easy for you to talk to us about the services we offer. You can also ask us for advice on how to stay warm at home, and we'll help you with any worries you have about paying your energy bills.

The Warm Response Service can help you if you have any other needs, for example, if you suffer from poor health, you're elderly, or if you have a disability.

The First Step scheme provides help and advice for you if you're struggling to pay your npower bills.

Our friendly Energy Efficiency Team are trained in delivering free impartial advice to you on ways to save energy in the home and in doing so reduce your energy bills. In certain areas we can also arrange for an Energy Services representative to visit your home and recommend even more ways of saving you energy and money.
