npower's Spreading Warmth team contact line makes it easier for you to contact us if you're struggling to pay your energy bills. You can also call us for advice on how to keep your home warm, and we'll offer you help with any worries you have about paying your energy bills.
Advice – our experienced and friendly staff can help you to understand your energy bills and arrange additional help for you when you need it. We'll provide impartial energy saving advice which will help you to keep your costs down without sacrificing your comfort.
Home Visits – We may be able to arrange for one of our Energy Services representatives to visit you at home, depending upon where you live. They can give you advice on how to keep your home warm and cosy, with suggestions on easy ways to insulate your property, and the different ways you can pay your energy bills.
Claiming Benefits – if you already claim benefits we can help you to work out if you're claiming your full entitlement and can also suggest ways in which we can give you more help. If there's anything we're unable to help you with we can also put you in touch with other schemes.
