As part of our commitment to be at the forefront in the drive to help businesses to reduce their environmental impact, last year we launched m3 (measure, monitor and minimise) a group of products and services we’ve developed to help manage every part of that process.

Measure

Our smart meters give our customers up-to-date, accurate information about their energy use at each stage of the day. We’re fully accredited to install and service the smart meters ourselves.

Monitor

We spent more time and money last year developing our monitoring and targeting software, known as ‘encompass’, making it easier for customers to identify energy waste and to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.

Minimise

We help customers minimise their energy usage in a number of different ways, from in-house staff training and project management of capital projects, to on-site generation.

The ultimate goal is to cut energy consumption and CO₂ emissions. But cutting energy use also cuts costs.
