Update your account details
It's important to keep your account details up to date. It's quick and easy to do this online.
If you've registered for an online account, just log in and go to 'Change' in your account preferences.
If you want to change your payment day or your payment amount, or set up a Direct Debit online, just log in and go to the 'Manage Account' tab. Then choose one of the 'Payment detail options'.

It only takes a couple of minutes to register. All you'll need is your account number and email address. You’ll find your account number on your bill, or in emails and letters we've sent you.
