Update your account details

It's important to keep your account details up to date. It's quick and easy to do this online – find out everything you need to know here.

If you've registered for an online account, you can change your details online by logging in to your account and clicking on the 'Change' button in your account preferences.

You can also change your payment day or your payment amount and set up a Direct Debit online. You can do this by logging into your online account, clicking on the 'Manage Account' tab and choosing one of the 'Payment detail options'

You can register for an online account quickly and easily – it only takes a couple of minutes. All you'll need is your account number and an email address. Your account number can be found on your bill, or in emails and letters we've sent you.
